After the tool completes the process, the problem should be resolved. However, if your problem still exists, open Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant for Office 365. Select Outlook on the first screen and click ‘Next’. Select any of the options that are related to your problem:
- Outlook keeps freezing or hanging

This automated tool should help you fix most errors in Outlook. Like your Outlook not opening. However, if you find that the problem persists, you can try the next solution.
Repair your PST File
If none of the above solutions help you solve the Outlook not opening error. It means that your Outlook data file has been manipulated. This can happen when the program tries to access your storage file. But cannot for one reason or the other. However, if your Outlook crashes/freezes frequently, you might end up losing sensitive data. That is why you need to start considering fixing your PST file after your Outlook crash.
Once your PST file has been repaired, it can be sent to Outlook. And you can reach all your Outlook stuff in the same way as before. Before starting the repair process it is advised that you should back up all of your Outlook data. So that you won’t lose it.
